Here is some helpful information on HFBCU Online Bill Pay:

            Why should I use Online Bill Pay?

                         How do I enroll?                              
1. Make sure you are signed up for Perfect Teller (online banking) access and have a regular share draft (checking) account with HFBCU
2. Log into Perfect Teller and click on the bill pay link
3. Proceed through the enrollment process by answering security questions and personal information
4. You will recieve an email once you have been activated for HFBCU Online Bill Pay, and you are then ready to log in and start using


Remember, you just have one easy log in for HFBCU Online Bill Pay! No more confusing passwords, or pin numbers. Just one time log in and you are ready to pay bills and access your account information!



                    How do I add a payee?                        
1. Go to the payees menu and select add a payee.
2. Choose what type of payee you are adding - such as a bill,  person, or gift
3. Add the payee information and click Next
4. Review for accuracy, then click submit




                 How do I make a payment?                     
1. Go to the payments menu and select your type of payment - such as a single payment
2. Select your payee
3. Enter the payment amount and process date, then click next.
4. Review for accuracy, the click submit





               How do I cancel a payment?                    
In order to cancel a payment you must submit your request online before 4pm the day of your payment. If it is after 4pm the day you enter your payment, you have until 4pm the following day to cancel.
