Eligibility
If you are affiliated with any of
the
following organizations, you are eligible for membership at Hoosier
Farm
Bureau Credit Union!

IN Farm Bureau Insurance Co. Employee and Agents

Tenants and Employees

Your are also eligible for membership if you
join Cooperative
Financial Association (CFA), which requires a $5.00 membership fee.
How to
become a member
Once you are eligible for membership you just need to complete the
following:
- Complete a
membership card: please include your personal information, your
signature, and indicate a joint owner or POD beneificiary
- A copy of
two forms of ID is required for membership. One ID must be some form of
photo ID, like a drivers license or work ID. ID is only required for
the primary owner and any joint owners for the account
- An initial
deposit. For regular share savings this is $5.00, and for share draft
checking it is $50.00. After opening the $5.00 in savings is the only
required minimum balance to keep your account open.
- All
originals should be sent to the credit union, and your account is open
within 24 hours!
